My Cerebus, Part 2 post isn’t done yet. I was trying to think of what to say. The objective, from the beginning, was to compare and contrast Sluggy and Cerebus, the two most obvious examples of Cerebus syndrome. I was having trouble, because, quite honestly, I was bored with sluggy. I wasn’t sure what to talk about, and I wasn’t sure that Sluggy wasn’t going the crazy ranting way of Sims’ original epic in the latter years. Today’s comic sparked some additional love for it, so I’m trying again. I think I understand once more what it was that drew me to sluggy, and why I still read it.<\/p>\n
